Cancellation & rescheduling

Please provide 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will be charged $50, and same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session rate. Exceptional circumstances can be discussed by contacting us directly.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment by e-transfer. No deposits are required to hold your booking.

2 Payment

If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients. The full session fee applies regardless of arrival time.

Thai massage at Quiet Tide Bodywork is offered as a form of therapeutic bodywork to support your wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We always encourage you to work alongside your healthcare providers.

Right to refuse service

Quiet Tide Bodywork reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if a client arrives unwell, under the influence of alcohol or substances, or if the practitioner feels unsafe.
